1. After washing your hair with shampoo and rinsing off the foam.
2.  Warm a small quantity of oil in your palm and massage onto scalp and hair.
3. Leave on for 30-60 minutes, covering with a shower cap for best results. 
4. Rinse with warm water and shampoo as usual. 

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Keep tightly sealed. Store in a cool, dry place.
